A time of reflection. I just put the stamp on my envelope to mail
to you the details of the Sold Business sheet w/ my check to BBN.
I finally closed a difficult deal last week that I spoke to you
about on numerous occasions. I just realized I think I sent my
first set of mailings out in my Business Brokerage career on this
week in 1999. I want to encourage newer affiliates to commit to
the mail program. This deal is the 2nd deal in the last 12 mos
that came from the mail program; and it's accounted for almost
$300k in commissions. While I continue to be a sucker for new
ways to market my practice, and can't ignore the results from the
mail campaign. Currently with 1 listing under LOI, I am fresh out
of listings. As a result, I'm mailing 1000 letters a week for the
